Counselling for Young People
Just like adults, young people can struggle with their mental health and can find it challenging to deal with depression; bereavement; bullying, anger, relationships breakdown, low self-esteem, and self-harm.
Our counsellor will help explore the problem, the symptoms and provide support and guidance.
The services we offer young people and families, incudes face-to-face, one-to-one and group session counselling. We offer short and long-term counselling based on individual needs.
